We ship anywhere in the WORLD that UPS, FEDEX and THE U.S. POSTAL
SERVICE delivers. Sorry we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. During the
busy Holiday Seasons shipping will take longer. Shipping delivery
times are approximate and not guaranteed. Our products are normally
shipped GROUND SERVICE. Next-Day, Two-Day, Three-Day and Priority
Mail shipping options are available but you must contact Sweet
Granny’s before placing your order to confirm shipping method and
cost.
WARM WEATHER & SUBSTITUTIONS
During the months from MARCH to OCTOBER we do not ship chocolate.
Our products that normally contain chocolate will be substituted
with items of equal or greater value. Also during the summer
hand-delivered products containing chocolate will be at the
discretion of Sweet Granny’s. We will make every effort to
accommodate your wishes, but sometimes Mother Nature just doesn’t
cooperate. Occasionally some items may be out of stock or back
ordered. In this rare occurrence we will substitute items of equal
or greater value.
