PRIVACY POLICY
Sweet Granny’s respects your right
to privacy. We do not share any of our customer’s valuable
information with third parties. All of your information is safe and
will only be used by Sweet Granny’s to better serve you. Sweet
Granny’s counts it as a blessing to have you as our customer. Thank
you for choosing us.
WARM WEATHER & SUBSTITUTIONS
During the months from MARCH to OCTOBER we do not ship CHOCOLATE.
Our products that normally contain chocolate will be substituted
with items of equal or greater value. Also curing the summer
hand-delivered products containing chocolate will be at the
discretion of Sweet Granny’s. We will make every effort to
accommodate your wishes, but sometimes Mother Nature just doesn’t
cooperate. Occasionally some items may be out of stock or back
ordered. In this rare occurrence we will substitute items of equal
or greater value.
SHIPPING/HAND DELIVERY
We ship Nationwide & Worldwide. Sweet Granny’s retail store
hours:
Monday –Friday: 9:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.
Saturday- 10:00A.M until 3:00 P.M.
CLOSED SUNDAYS
We are available by appointment only during off-hours. When you
call after hours you will get our answering machine. Please leave a
message, we check our message often and will return your call as
soon as possible. You have Granny’s word on that.
Most products ordered before noon will be delivered by us, or
shipped, that same day. Products ordered after noon will be
delivered/shipped the next day. We hand deliver locally to
Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island and Yulee for a $7.00 fee. If you
have other hand delivery request please call us for special
arrangements (904-277-1987).
BUSINESS POLICY
ORDERING INFORMATION
• Use our Web Site or simply call our phone number (904-277-1987)
• Please supply complete recipient address information and phone
number.
• We will not call the gift recipient unless it is required to make
the delivery.
• Shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes
• Please supply us with your own phone contact numbers in case we
have a question concerning your order.
• Based on availability of certain items, we reserve the right to
make substitutions of comparable or greater value.
• We include a message card with your personal message with all
purchases.
• Re-delivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due
to incorrect information. (delivery services will not forward to
another address)
BILLING INFORMATION
• We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard & Checks (from established
customers).
• Returned checks will incur a service charge of $25.00
• Florida State Sales Tax (7%) will be collected on all products
delivered or shipped within Florida.
